One-lane bridges
Some rural bridges have room for only one vehicle at a time. The sign before the bridge tells you which direction has priority.
Take the safety check
Wait before the bridge
If the other direction has priority or a vehicle is already crossing, wait before the bridge.
Do not rush
Never race an oncoming vehicle onto a bridge. It removes your stopping margin.
